App on Android to make your lives easier

I recently purchased an Android phone (which I love by the way) and came across an application called Baby ESP. This app is so useful when juggling the busy days most parents do. 

Baby ESP help parents track when their baby eats, sleeps, and poops. You can track how long their nap was, when they were fed, and when they did their business! Also there is a medicine tab which will remind you when to give your baby that important dose of medicine. You can even put all of this information into a chart.
